Upgrade Policy


Unless otherwise stated, when you purchase a license for a for a product from True North Software you are entitled to all minor upgrades that follow. For example, if you purchased Photo Print 1.1 and version 1.7 is available, you are entitled to the upgrade. Just download the application and install. Major upgrades are paid upgrades. A major upgrade is when the major version number changes (e.g., 1.x to 2.x).

Refunds


Software purchased through the True North web store may be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Items marked "all sales are final" such as the Formatted Text Control cannot be returned.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned items.
