Photo Print

Photo Print is an application designed to transform your photos into print. Photo Print is as simple as drag and drop. You drop in a template, drop in your photos, adjust the photos as desired, and then print. Let's say you have a family party where you snap some photos and then you want to print them out for your guests. After you load them into Photos, you can then just drag and drop pictures into predefined Photo Print frames and then hit the print button. Or say you want to print out school pictures, Photo Print again makes the task easy and swift. After you finish sizing and positioning the photos, you are ready to print! It is that easy! Photo Print also has built-in filters that you can apply to your photos to make quick adjustments which leaves your originals untouched. Photo Print is a layout driven program and you can even create custom layouts and frame sizes.

What's New for Version 4.0:

Photo Print has been completely rewritten from the ground up. You will find it is far more capable than previous versions of Photo Print. It is also significantly faster and can deal with a lot more photos. With this version of photo print you can now save your creations as Photo Print documents.

Review from "The Kleper Report on Digital Publishing"

Photo Print 4.0 simplifies the task of composing and printing digital photos into attractive layouts for framing or other uses. The application provides several templates that are predefined layouts into which the user can drag-and-drop or copy-and-paste their images in anticipation of printing.

The opening screen provides access to all of the application documentation that the user may need, however, the intuitive interface is easy enough to figure out without much prompting.

The workflow consists of selecting a page size and adding layouts and frames. Provided templates consist of arrangements of image and text holders that the user can populate, or optionally create their own layouts, image frames, or text frames.

Once items are placed the user can edit and adjust by moving the frame, resizing it, moving the image within the frame, resizing the image, or rotating a frame or image.

Borders can be defined to surround frames, with controls for width, color, rounded corner size, texture, saturation, and shadow.

Sidebars are available for setting precise parameters. The Image Sidebar, for example, provides slider settings for Color (Saturation, Brightness, Contrast, Exposure, Hue, Vibrance, and Shadows), and Effects (Color enhancements, Black and White, Sepia and Vignette).

After the images, with or without text, have been composed to the user’s satisfaction, the page or pages can be printed.

Several useful features are available, such as the Populate Frames option, which enables the user to fill empty frames with the image in the current frame. This lets the user quickly gang an image multiple times for printing such things as wallet photos.
